Temporary Job Tryout
Temporary Job Tryout through Coleman Employment Services is a time-limited, paid work experience in a community business or industry using supported employment and vocational evaluation methods and techniques to determine employability and level of employability of the individual. Services include the use of a standardized work inventory that assesses specific strengths and weaknesses for each different job experience. The individual will be paid minimum wage for each hour worked during the job tryout. The assessment will result in a written report that summarizes the job-related observations, the results of testing and recommendations.
