Work Adjustment

The Work Adjustment program at Coleman Employment Services focuses on:
  • Developing acceptable work habits and behaviors
  • Building work tolerance and stamina
  • Understanding work requirements and expectations
  • Improving the client's overall potential for competitive community-based employment opportunities

As with all services, the work adjustment program will target the client's specific barrier(s) to employment and identify means by which the client can overcome the barrier(s). All work adjustment programs will be delivered within the community at community-based employer sites.

Programs will be tailored to specifically meet the client's needs in terms of work hours, time on task, work pace, etc. A final program report will be generated and shared with the client and the referring entity at the end of service delivery. A staffing meeting will then be held to discuss the program outcomes, the client's experience and the client's future vocational goals.
