Services provided by a Job Coach are to assist the individual and employer by providing specialized training and job-related support. This assistance is in addition to the orientation and training normally provided by the employer. This service may be off the work site when short-term employment related supports are needed. The components of coaching include: job analysis, systematic training and fading, and linking with work supports.
