Job Shadowing Services through Coleman Employment Services allow the client to make more informed choices concerning his or her vocational goal. The service is designed to increase successful job matches by promoting choice.
The client visits one or more work sites to observe the actual job being performed. The referring agent is supplied with a report that includes name of the company visited, type of work observed, typical duties of the job, skills/abilities needed to perform the job, minimum qualifications to perform the job, salary and benefits, and hiring procedures.
Once the client has the opportunity to see their job options performed, they are typically better prepared to select the employment opportunity that is the best fit for their success.
