Follow-Along Services
Coleman Employment Services provides the client with intensive follow-along services in the field at their work site. A Coleman Employment Services’ training coordinator works with the client to identify issues, problems or barriers to successful employment outcomes and also works with the client on-site at the place of employment, which helps improve job retention skills. Once the training coordinator works with the client to identify barriers to successful employment, they develop a plan to overcome those barriers through follow-along services.
