About Coleman Employment Services



Coleman Employment Services, formerly known as Vocational Services, provides choice and support for individuals with disabilities who are looking for the right employment opportunity. Our experienced and certified staff works one-on-one with disabled individuals to define their long-term employment goals, and with Northeast Ohio employers to provide recruiting, coaching, training and outplacement services.

Coleman Employment Services is a program of Coleman Professional Services, a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs that improve the lives of individuals, families and businesses in Northeast Ohio. The company relies on an enterprise business model to diversify its funding. Coleman’s foundation and three enterprise companies produce more than 25 percent of the company’s funding for its award-winning programs.
